Here is my shameless promotion post where I post a picture of myself with Problogger - Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income.
Excuse the poor quality of the photo (it was taken on my camera phone)and the pseudo-porn star appearance of the author of this blog.
Darren Rowse (recently featured on Australian National TV) one of the authors of the book and blogger extraordinaire has offered a link back to the sites of people who have bought his book.
A nice little marketing trick - maybe. But the book is worth it regardless of whether or not you entertain delusions of grandeur or you just blog for fun. In just the first three chapters it has encouraged me to look at the way I blog.
While some of the info feels familiar (Darren has a great blog filled with tips on the A-Z of bloggging) the way Chris and Darren have presented it seems to put it in a more ordered format - due no doubt to the differences between blog posting and writing chapters in a book.

So if you like a book and want to buy it from Amazon I suggest checking out your friends sites to see if the include links to amazon and buy through them. It costs nothing extra to the purchaser and your friend gets a cut.
